Minister of Justice, Dr. Waleed Al-Samaany, instructed launching of “Remote Litigation” service and declared its procedural guide within the Ministry’s efforts to complete the digital transformation system and support rapid achievement and quality of outputs, and to effectuate and integrate the electronic litigation project.
