Arbitration

Arbitration is a method for settling disputes by agreeing to refer the dispute between the parties to one or more neutral parties called (arbitrators), who do not settle the dispute between the parties by issuing a binding and enforceable arbitration award instead of the judiciary.

  • Preparing arbitration stipulations and procedures (in Arabic or English) and attending the sessions of arbitration bodies and committees to represent the client, to ensure the protection of his interests.
  • Follow-up of procedures regarding arbitration outcomes, judgments, and decisions, their implementation, and objection and appeal.
  • Study the subject of the dispute in advance, to determine the risk of accepting arbitration or resorting to litigation, depending on the client’s position.
