Ministry of Justice revealed the features of new electronic litigation system in the porches of Supreme Court “Taqadi”.
Workshop that was organized by the Ministry last Monday revealed the features of electronic “Taqadi” system which aims at automation of procedures and effectuation of the remote electronic litigation.
Deputy Minister of Justice, Sheikh Saad bin Mohamed Al-Safy, confirmed, in his speech during the opening of workshop, importance of electronic litigation system in abbreviating the procedures, time and effort for clients.
He indicated that the electronic litigation system comes within the context of digital transformation in the Ministry of Justice to be in line with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 and accommodates its aspirations and requirements, and guarantees performance quality and achievement of justice.
Strengths of the system lie in automation of procedures by availing the property of electronic review of appeal cases and bringing the case data, parties and possible electronic deliberation of the circuit members.
